'Great property in a great location for exploring the east Yorkshire coast. The property itself is clean & has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The only slight downside is, it's near to the road & if like us you sleep with the window ajar the road noise can be heard in the mornings .'

'The house was really lovely, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. We didnt eat any meals at home but the kitchen seemed well equipped and there were plenty of mugs and cutlery. The beach was glorious and only 15 mins walk away. Filey and Bempton Cliffs nearby.Wouldn’t normally have chosen a holiday ‘village’ but it was very pleasant. I would imagine it can get very busy in high summer but it was fairly quiet - perfect for us.Thank you'
