'1st I will say this isn't a hotel, but it was cleaner than most hotels I have stayed in. It was last minute and I am grateful that they allowed me to stay and park in a very safe secure location. The only thing I wish they had in my room was a work desk so I didn't have to work off the small tables next to me. Regardless I was very happy with my stay and if your looking for a clean place to sleep I'd recommend it. If your looking for a spot to make noise and have amenities I suggest somewhere...

'Beautiful property. No complaints besides the $300 a night incidental fee. It would have been nice to know about it prior to check in. Heads up regarding an iron and ironing board, they are not located in the room. However, a simple call to guest services and it was delivered. Staff pleasant, clean rooms, beautiful property. 'Me and my family stayed at The Ritz in downtown LA for our son’s volleyball tournament. The beds are extremely comfortable. We loved how convenient it was to walk to the convention center. We felt safe in the location. We used the pool and it was at the perfect temp. We will definitely recommend staying here for comfort and indulgence. '

'Great location close to highways, nice part of town felt safe and quiet on a Saturday night. Easy to drive into the check-in area. Starbucks in the same building. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Very welcoming bar. The room needed some touchups here and there, and neither the coffee maker nor the Tivoli stereo seemed to work. That said, those were minor inconveniences that were outweighed by an overall nice aesthetic and great experience. This will likely be my new go to hotel for DT LA....

'this was an amazing stay the staff was amazing while checking in but the only think that threw me off was the homeless out in the front but luckily it does have it’s own parking garage so it does make me safer as well as a parking attendant later at night! they breakfast is very yummy and the room was amazing. i will definitely want to to stay here again.'
