The carpet was dirty around the beds and the walls had not been wiped down from cobwebs in what I can only assume is a very long time. One staff(Ben) came to help and cleaned the best he could. At least 1/3 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. We eventually were able to flag a server down to give our order for food and drinks. Food arrived which was actually well done but never got our drinks even...

'good location and room. Staff doing their best under difficult circumstances. Premier inn takes money for late check out and early check-in for the same room.'
