'AC not working at n lobby. Room at very back of hotel and WiFi was weak. Room smelled musty. Hair dryer didn’t work. Microwave was not cleaned, had food residue in it. Tub did not have a stopper and I laid a wash cloth on the drain. The cloth was black when removed. Security latch was loose.'
