It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. There is hot tub, pool & fire pit seating area. The hosts have a very pleasant demeanor. ...

'Fantastisch grote kamer met compleet ingerichte keuken, zelfs met vaatwasser! Zeer vriendelijke dames bij de receptie. Goede ligging tov de Hamptons, New York en JFK. Goed ontbijt en voldoende eetgelegenheden in de nabijheid van het hotel.'

'Everything was fantastic. Clean room comfortable beds , staff was all so friendly and helpful. The bistro had great food . Bathroom was huge and well equipped. Close to whatever we needed in town!! We will definitely recommend to all our family and friends! Thank you for the great experience!!'
