'Nothing special considering the price'

'Great stay. '

'The place was great, kept clean but definitely can be spruce up a bit. The staff were lovely. I would definitely stay here if I come back to the area.'

'Great hotel, arrived due to delay in the middle of the night and pickup by Hotel shuttle went smooth! Great breakfast and friendly staff.'

'Pro - Nice breakfast included - All day free coffee & tea station - Laundry room was affordable & clean - mini market - gym - baby crib availlable Con - At check in I got a room with a bloodstain on the sheets - Housekeeping almost never came, we had to request them to come at the reception, we stayed there over a week and they came in 3 times upon our request - Pool area is in the shade and next to the food area so a lot of hornets and bugs come towards there - I would not return anymore as...

'Goede locatie aan de rand van Phoenix, veel voorzieningen dichtbij. Zwembad erg koud.'

'Overall, the room was quite large and comfortable. It was clean and well-appointed. Had one issue we noted that the staff immediate rectified. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely pleasant and friendly. Will stay again when needing a place in the area.'

'Room was nice and clean and comfortable but elevator looks like it missed their renovation! The paint was peeling all over it which made it scary to ride in and gave a roach motel vibe. Breakfast was good with sausage, egg and waffles and all the other goodies but trash cans were overflowing which speaks of bad management. Also only 2 carts for luggage for such a large hotel not acceptable.Jacuzzi nice.'

'Perfect'

'This is a great hotel. Clean, well maintained with a great staff. I enjoyed my stay here.'

'Only note is don't forget your blow dryer, they only have 3 in the building. 😬 Otherwise love love love it.'
