'Well, I arrived from the airport after flying all day across the USA from Wash DC, to check in and I was rather in a hurry to get checked in and make an appointment I had in Albuquerque evening. It was a bit disconcerting to find a hand written note taped to the office window saying, "I'll be back in 15 minutes." I leaned on the office doorbell and a staffer showed up but really that is not the way to do business. Other than that, the stay was alright, but I doubt I will choose The Imperial...

'Prima verblijf met comfortabele bedden. Ontbijt ook prima met koffie, eieren, pannenkoeken en yoghurt. Enige wat een beetje jammer is is de reuze afvalberg van plastic en kunststof bij het ontbijt. '

'The room was generally clean and very spacious, but was old and outdated. Carpet was ripped up in multiple places, a lot of visibly peeling paint, areas where holes in the walls had been patched but not painted over, and the caulk in the showers needs redone and was starting to mildew. The building drastically needs a face lift. Beds were comfortable but pillows small and flat I needed 3.'

'We reserved a handicap room. I asked again when I checked in and she said it was. There were no handrails in the bathroom. We checked in late and were exhausted so we just stayed in that room. Thank goodness my wife did not fall down.'
