The sheets had a few dirt stains on them and the bed sheets did not appear to have been changed. The sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were out of sorts which made us question whether they were previously changed. There were two half used toilet paper rolls on the back of the toilet and an empty roll on the dispenser. Maybe the cleaning crew just forgot to...

'We had no heat so it was hard to warm up to sleep with 60 degrees. The shower dispensers were empty, and we had no TV service. I was unable to get WiFi. I didn't see any checkin instructions. Checkin was online. I had to text manager to find out what to do for checkin.'
