'Wonderful view from villa with very nice pool and well appointed and comfortable property.We had a very hot week so spent a lot of time in pool or seeking shade on beaches.The local cat was very cute and friendly and needs looking after.Loads of restaurants and tavernas within ten minute drive.Have to drive everywhere as near coastal road but roads not busy and sivota,Demi and Nydri are within ten minutes drive. Island hopping boat tours from nydri a must but I would avoid the big boats as too...

'Perfect! Het huis en de tuin zijn perfect onderhouden en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabele en rustige vakantie. Het huis was zeer proper. Goede bedden, functionele keuken met al het nodige en mooie badkamers. Het zwembad is ook heel fijn. Het terras met de buitenzetel is zalig, zeker voor de zonsondergang. '

'Op de plaatjes lijkt t een alleenstaand huis, maar dat is niet zo, er is een buurthuis (met ook gasten), pal achter de afscheidingsmuur. En er is veel omgevingsgeluid, bv veel blaffende honden. Mooi uitzicht vanaf 1e verdieping, aan t zwembad zit je ingesloten tussen de muren, wat wel weer goed is tegen de wind. Verder fijn huis, en geluiddichte ramen. Grote bbq buiten. 'We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasn’t working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed.
