'This is a very nice resort and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable stay. It is not luxury but you get what you pay for. I consider the resort to be great for families, especially the bungalows which have full kitchens and living areas. It was clean and right on the beach. The beach was slim so not a lot of sandy area but enough for chairs and umbrellas. The staff were all friendly but did not go above and beyond by any means. 'We spent 9 nights in the ocean view suite.Very beautiful garden veiw as well.We had a great time staying at The Sands Grace Bay.Our room.was modern, very clean and comfortable. Thanks to our wonderful housekeeper Dueila who made sure our space was freshened up each day.She even converted the twim beds in the room to a queen so my daughter and her partner could rest well. It would be nice to replace the washer and dryer units in the suite.They dated and rusting. Thanks to the bell attendants...

'We couldn’t really see beach from our room because room was on the first floor. Breakfast was just OK. Quality coffee could be much better. There are not enough tables if you’re coming around 9am and you have to wait in the line. There is no hand shower. Check out time is on 11am and there is no changing room and shower available for customers. '

'I was worried about our stay having read previous travelers reviews - but my whole family loved our stay at windsong. The property was in great shape, clean and tidy. Lots of towels on the loungers well before we were up. Plenty of room for everyone to get a great seat on the beach or by the pools. The staff were very friendly and kind - shout out to Travis! 'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is immaculately clean and comfortable, with a bed never to step out again. The have netflix with I think unlimited excess to a zillion hours of television.
