'Driving into Hjelle through the lakeside tunnel was magical. This repurposed schoolhouse was a fantastic place to experience old-world Norwegian living. Loved the nook beds and touches of history. The modern bath and kitchen were integrated well. The property manager was kind and helpful - he let us know when the early snowfall unexpectedly closed down the mountain pass. Was a great site to just relax and enjoy!'

'This house is the first on the fjord; so wide view on the water! Nearby there are +/- 10 more houses; but you don't see them. 'In case of' is it nice to know. The house has a warm and nice design. Facilities are very good (especially the hot tube with it's great view and privacy). Bergen, with all it's possiblities, is on 35 minutes. We have made nice trips in the area. We stayed in the house 8 nights. '

'This cottage so close to the sea, was really a pearl. We woke up to the sound from the waves. The morning coffee we enjoyed on one of the two terraces looking at the picturesque view . So nice and cozy place with a soul (one of the places you would really like to keep as a secret and not to tell anyone).
