BellaVue Estate Mansion is a charming four-story Mansion in Flagstaff, Arizona. With the beautiful San Francisco Peaks as a backdrop, the Mansion is the perfect place to come together as family, friends and associates for formal as well as informal gatherings. The huge great room and two gourmet kitchens create a welcoming atmosphere to help you truly feel at home. You’ll also enjoy the comforts of nine bedrooms, including five master suites; seven full baths and two half baths, game room with pool table, three decks and vintage fireplace stove.

BellaVue Estate's crowning feature is the forest-bordered outdoor courtyard with stunning mountain views, large seating and grassy areas, cascading rock waterfall, Sedona Red Rock fire pit and lounge seating.
* For larger groups over the amount of 5 persons, the space is used by reservation and fee.
*If all units on the property are booked by same person, then the use of the courtyard and fire pit are no charge.

Foxglenn Park is next door with multiple picnic areas, playground equipment, huge grassy fields, skate park, and access to walking, hiking and biking trails.

This property is truly a perfect place for a family gathering. We had 17 people, including eight adults and nine kids, ages 1 year to 17 years old. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked, spacious, and oh so charming! It was such a great touch that it was decorated for Christmas, too! You really thought of everything, and we are truly thankful. The location was close to everything Flagstaff has to offer, including such places as Snowbowl, The Polar Experience, Bearizona, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property!

Lovely house close to everything

We just finished spending a magical week in Flagstaff with our kids and grandkids, and this house was perfect for all. The listing is just as advertized, fully stocked, very clean, well-decorated and with comfortable furniture, two full kitchens, so very many bathrooms and bedrooms that everybody felt like they "got their first choice". Jim is a responsive and helpful owner, and I really have nothing but positive things to say about how wonderful the whole experience was.

Great Place for a Reunion!

We have a group of friends that meet every year for a long weekend -- going on 30 years now! This house worked really well for that, especially as we do a lot of board games and there were enough tables to have 4 going at a time.

Multi-Generation Family Vacation

Our whole family, 4 generations, spent a week in Flagstaff in this amazing house. It was perfect and met all of our needs. Its hard to find a house with enough bedrooms and bathroom, and this exceeded our needs. Our host, Jim, was very attentive to our needs and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place but not for us!

We rent from VRBO all the time and like to try new places this place was nice but on a very busy road which you don't see in any of the pictures.The property manager/owner also stays on property and keeps a close eye on what you are doing. You can be outside but no noise not even a radio playing. We are very good renters and take great care of each place we rent but I felt like I couldn't really enjoy this place because I had to make sure everyone was quiet, and we stayed inside for most of it to avoid any issues instead of being outside enjoying the weather!

70th birthday weekend

If you are a large loud partying kind of family this is not a good choice for you. I hosted 30 people for my husband’s 70th birthday. We rented the main house and all the cottages and the studio. We ranged in age from 78 to 5. Be aware that there are lots and lots of stairs. The mansion is 4 stories and each cottage has the bedroom in a loft area up a flight of stairs as well. Two of my guests fell and were slightly injured on the stairs. Another issue for us was the quiet time. It is 9 am. It is in all the rules and it is enforced strictly. This was very difficult for my family. Also the fire pit area is dark. My husband took a fall in that area. Another issue for us was our decorations for my husband’s party. We were asked to remove them. It was very disappointing. The mansion is very large but hard for older guests because of the stairs. The common area is fantastic but limited and dark at night. This place is perfect for you if you are a low key quiet family. My family is not.

Large group

Took our church youth group on a ski trip to Flagstaff. The accommodations were excellent for a large group. We also rented the three separate Chalets which were magical. The hosts were pleasant. Overall an excellent stay.
