Overall the place is in need of updating, I.e. chipped/missing patch of flooring; loose and poor plumbing including bathroom sink not draining well. The bathtub/shower were poor. 'Good place with easy walk to downtown Flagstaff in a quiet neighborhood which was really pleasant. The hot tub was nice after local hikes. Bed was very comfortable. Only downside was rooms are kind of small but everything else was great. We’d stay again!'
