Kom genieten van rust en ontspanning in ons prachtige 2 verdiepingen tellende huis in de University Heights. U vindt onze 3 slaapkamers en 2. 5 badkamers perfect ingericht voor uw verblijf.

* Als u binnenloopt, wordt u verwelkomd door de handgemaakte open haard van vloer tot plafond die u uitnodigt om binnen te komen en een spreuk te houden. Met een druk op de knop of een druk op de knop kan het vuur trillen en de 55-inch LED-tv zoemen. Het huis is uitgerust met DirecTV, die toegankelijk is in de woonkamer en in elke slaapkamer. De eetkamer biedt plaats aan 6 personen en biedt een mooie ruimte om spelletjes te spelen, puzzels te maken of gewoon te praten met vrienden of familie.

* De keuken, met een gasfornuis, naast koelkast, magnetron en vaatwasser, is gevuld met alle benodigdheden om een aangenaam verblijf te garanderen - koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, mixer, mixer, potten, pannen, kommen, enz. . De omgeving is ideaal om te wandelen of fietsen naar het nabijgelegen park / school.

* De locatie van ons huis biedt u eenvoudig toegang tot zowel de I-17 als de I-40. NAU is ongeveer 3 mijl afstand. Restaurants, supermarkten (Bashas, ​​spruiten, Whole Foods) zijn allemaal binnen 2-5 mijl afstand. Sedona is een snelle 45 minuten langs de I-17 of een uur rijden over de schilderachtige Route 89A.

Looking for a great home away from home?

Quiet neighborhood, located 5 minutes away from NAU, which was very convenient for us because we were visiting my son at NAU. The location is 5 minutes away from Target, Walmart, and couple of grocery store options. The home is very spacious, and included all the amenities to make you feel comfortable during your visit! Mike, the property manager, was only a text away and he made sure that our access for check in was very easy! Great place to make you feel home away from home!

Wonderful in every way

Mike's home was the best vacation rental home we've stayed at. Super clean, beautiful, well appointed, great quiet neighborhood, and all the amenities and little things you'd ever need. Felt like a brand new home. Not to mention that communicating with Mike was a breeze - prompt, accommodating and friendly. Especially loved the clean crisp linens on every bed and fresh thick white towels throughout the house that reminded us of home. The unseasonably hot weather (low to mid 90s) in early July did make it a bit hard to keep the house cool during the day without A/C, but the multiple ceiling fans and opening the windows at night definitely helped. Would highly recommend Mike's home!

Fantastic Home and Location

This was our first time renting through VRBO and we could not have been more satisfied. The owner was very communicative during the entire process. The location of the home in respect to both Flagstaff and Sedona was ideal. The home worked very well for my family of four and could have easily accommodated more people. There are so many wonderful things to say about this home AND the homeowner. Everything needed for our stay was waiting there for us. We have stayed at may VRBO properties and this one just amazed us! The kitchen has everything from Crock pots to Ninjas to coffee makers to all utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glasses etc etc. There is no need to bring anything-its all there for you. The house is immaculate-clean, fresh, just like you are walking into a new home. The beds are comfortable, plenty of linens everywhere you look, towels, extra sheets, blankets and pillows. The view from the front of the house is wonderful- spent time looking at the tall pines and views of the trail system (right across the street). From the back patio you are surrounded by tall pines-our favorite part was listening to the wind blowing thru the trees. Even the garage was wonderfully clean and stocked with all kind of "Fun" things from the bikes, to the tubes for the lake, to kayaks to a pin ball table to a portable crib for babies. The location of the house is also a "plus". It is in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood and is very close to 89A, I17, Lake Mary and the city of Flagstaff. As for the homeowner- we have never experienced someone as professional as Mike. From the start his communication was excellent. He responded to any questions immediately. He is a man of integrity and we have the utmost respect and gratitude for all the he is and did for us while we were there. This is a one of a kind perfect home and we will be returning for many years to come.

We absolutely loved staying in this home. It is beautiful, modern, decorated lovely and I felt at home here. My kids loved cornhole and frisbee golf.
