'After traveling to Columbus I was called by the hotel and told that I couldn’t check in until 6:30 I check in was supposed to be at 3… once finally checked on at 7 the room they gave me was flooded I had to wait another 30/45 minutes before they gave me another room once they gave me another room the shower didn’t work in that one so had to wait on another room experience was just completely inconvenient and overwhelming the only thing that made it worth while is the customer service I received...

'Helaas was het zwembad afgesloten. Kamer was redelijk schoon. Lift was vies. Haren op de grond en smoezelige knoppen. Ontbijt is min of meer standaard voor Amerikaanse hotels, een beetje karig. Al met al ging het wel, maar niet uitstekend zoals sommige reviews.'

'It was in a very good location as to what I needed as far as services. Unfortunately, the television television would automatically turn itself on to the welcome page at 3:45 AM every morning morning waking me up where I had issues getting back to sleep. Also, the shower seem to leak water out onto the floor, no matter how you tucked to the shower curtain in. It also took a room change in two remote remote control controls to get a TV to work'

'I didn’t like that they charge you the morning that you are due to check in before you even check in but overall everything else was great breakfast and all.'

'Everything you want in a hotel!!!'

'There wasn't any body lotion that I'm accustomed to. I had to buy some and then throw the rest away at the airport. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was helpful and very patient with the calls she was getting when I checked in. One of the spoons I used had a metal burr on it and I cut my lip. Suite 117 Thank you.'

'Vriendelijk en schoon '

'Overall, the hotel is nice and smelled clean. The breakfast was disgusting. The rooms needs updating and housekeeping need to properly clean blankets, sheets, and towels. Additionally, they need to get the plumbing fixed because both rooms that I had no hot water and it took a very long time for the water to drain out of the tub.'

'Prima hotel '

'The room was clean and nice. No complaints.'
