'Everything was great, with 1 exception: the controls for the shower were terrible. The house was nice, the bed was warm, the kitchen served us well. But it takes a safecracker's dexterity to turn the shower off. You still get 5 stars, because you responded to calls, the house was great, and it stayed warm during the freeze. '

'The place only had one window unit and it was very cold. Two space heaters were in the bedrooms but couldn’t keep up. Breakers tripped , the area with the second bathroom and side door was very cold. There was a gap around the outside door letting the cold in. The garbage disposal didn’t work. The living area couches were very uncomfortable you could feel the bars when you sit.'

' Very basic with dorm room style furniture, futon instead of sofa. It felt more frat house than a comfortably get-away we're used to. We were hoping for something more comfortable, but we made due. We had to contact the owner for the key code because it wasn't sent ahead of time as stated in reservations.
