'I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the house and patio is gorgeous. It is quiet and serene and very private. There is an office off the master bedroom that is in a sun room. It was a great place to work! The owner was very responsive and helpful when I had a question or an issue to be solved. The area has so many natural areas and parks to visit, I was able to hike in quite a few of them during my stay.'

Secluded spot with helpful, friendly hosts; Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals; fishing was great; paddleboat was awesome; homemade apple pecan bread was fantastic (as advertised in other reviews); pup had plenty of area to run. 'Myself and two friends went to Cotter to fish the white river. We found the house beautifully decorated and in great condition. It worked perfectly for us as base. Does the construction of the house is older? It is remarkably new and remodeled on the inside. My only recommendation would be to add additional recliners for tired fisherman after a long day on the white catching trout!'
