'This place is incredible, I loved staying here over the holiday weekend, it was the perfect home base! Host was attentive & really nice. The LIGHTS... Lots of 3-way lights in this apartment & they have these skylights that when the sun is shinning they literally look like there is a bright bulb in there. My daughter & I spent a good 30 min trying to find the switch to get these babies off, but we could not find it for the life of us. We finally left for the day to go do some exploring, then...

'Just went to decompress and relax and that’s exactly what we did. The bridge was kind of loud but get used to it. The view from the apartment is beautiful . It was nice to go walk down by the little shops along the water. The code to get in the apartment is very long, that was kind of a pain . Besides that, it was a nice place to stay.'

'The accomodations are clean, fresh, and comfortable. The hosts are generous, clearly communicate and respond quickly to all questions. The accomodations are in historic Florence, with easy access to shops and dining. And within a short distance to the beach. I would high recommend this vacation spot.'

'The beds were comfortable. The only issue was the ice machine not being hooked up and making noise constantly. It was very annoying. But I rate the place a 10 over all. We would definitely stay again.'

'The studio is perfectly situated in Old Town. It was great for watching birds and reading books. We had an appliance problem after 5:00 on a Friday and it was resolved within an hour - pretty impressive response.'

'Unable to enter the property, due to "worn out"key. Had to call VRBO many times, got shuffled back and forth. We were in town in plenty of time but because of inability in get in or out of rental missed a get together and dinner. Finally someone arrived to give us a working key at 8PM, check-in was 4PM. The gentleman that "fixed" the key issue lived in Florence! VRBO totally dropped the ballon this one!'

'Came here for a quick weekend getaway. Location is excellent to Old town Florence. Easy parking. Fun shops and restaurants walking distance even in the rain. Roomy condo with good layout. Would come stay again!'

'This is our second time staying at this wonderful condo. The location is awesome, the hosts are first rate, and the place is beautifully decorated. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The views of the Alsea Bay and the ocean are the best.'

'This property is as presented online. This was our third stay at this property to visit family. It is located near the main road so there is some noise, but it gets quiet at night. It's walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. There are residents above this unit. We will stay here again.'
