Windows dirty, need more furniture in living room, better dining set, lamp in living room, dimmer on lights, toaster didnt work most of the time.Washer super noisy. Just did not accommodate 3 people no where to sit to watch tv, wi-fi was bad trying to watch tv would stop during middle of free movie and wouldnt start up again

User friendly - clean - we would stay again - only thing that was problematic was a loose toilet seat - took us a few minutes to navigate the door at first but we are old - Good stay - Thank you

Property is clean and modern. Pretty nicely set up kitchen and bedrooms. Small table with benches for seating for meals. The location is terrific, making the Florence Old Town area very walkable. There is onnly one couch for casual seating, that does not seat 4 adults. For us the WiFi was spotty, and since the TV has no cable or antenna, everything you watch has to be streamed. For us, the wifi situation caused our TV experience to freeze often.We had an issue with the tub not draining, but was resolved quickly when we reported to the property management. There was also an issue about garbage pickup that was poorly communicated to us, at least.

Bring your own coffee cup

This is a nice location and place. Just 2 things, there is an unpleasant odor that seems to coming from couch and there were no coffee cups or cups you heat up. Extremely disappointed in Vacasa service who said they would resolve issue, but never heard from them again during my week stay. Had to buy my own coffee mug, despite coffee maker in house.
