Nice room, good location, friendly service, but the bathroom and mainly the shower was very bad. Virtually no hot water out of the shower and small wonky space.

The room was lovely and spacious, and the check in process was simple and friendly. The bathroom was on the small side and it was a little difficult showering in the wet room space there was. However, everything was clean and well prepared. The only thing we would’ve liked was coffee facilities within the room. Overall, a great visit.

Nothing fancy but the views over the courtyard made it feel enchanted. The bathroom was a bit cramped and oddly configured but it was nice and secure and that was important for me and my fellow female friend who were traveling alone together

Un posto un po' vecchio e molto semplice ma molto pulito e piacevole. Durante la mia permanenza era pieno di studenti, quindi ho avuto problemi con gli schiamazzi nei corridoi. La zona è carinissima e molto vicina al centro anche se un po' fuori dalle aree più turistiche (molto positivo per me). Personale molto disponibile e comunicativo.

I booked this place because of the lovely photos of the garden. I found it deceptive that there was no access to the gardens. It was like staying in a YHA but with no amenities or access to grounds. On the plus it is clean and has a good location.

Dear June, the photos on the gardens are taken from our rooms. 13 of our 40 rooms look on beautiful gardens and on some important monuments of Florence. In the very centre of Florence it makes a difference even if you cannot enter the gardens that you can enjoy from your room, so we do not think that our photos are deceptive. We are very sorry about your disappointment, but we are glad that you still appreciated our place.With all best wishes for 2024!

Basic, clean, nice staff- Centrally located
Four nights with wife visiting student daughter. Basic rooms and small bathrooms facing noisy street an no acces to the garden that makes the false impression of a rural and calm beautyful location in the advertising pictures. Clean rooms, but no evident room service during stay. By complaining the massive nightly noise in the front room We were seitched to a similar room facing a narrow courtyard with a bit less noise for the last two nights. Friendly, but sparse staff. No eating facilities. Reasonably priced but altogether low standard facility.

Dear Sir, unfortunately you arrived in a very busy period when it is not easy to find a room on the garden side with the wonderful view that you had seen in the photos. Fortunately our rooms on the street side have double pane windows. Our guest-house is not a hotel so daily room-keeping is not included in the price, but it can be done on request with a small extra charge. We have eating facilities only for groups, but our neighborhood is famous for its cafés and restaurants.We hope that you liked staying in this district and had a good time in Florence!

Very friendly staff. Nothing luxurious, but the place is decent and is at walkable distance from city center. I would book again for the convenience and low price. That said, I rated cleaniness lower because: - There was a very strong urine odor coming from the toilet - They said they would do housekeeping once during our stay, but they never came. Other points: - Water was very warm even at cold setting so drinking it was not superb. - There is air conditioning, but a note in the room says we can't use it above 24ºC. - The description says shared refrigerator. It's not untrue, but it's at the reception which has limited operating hours, so you cannot store food when you come back late. They offered us a private one upon request, and it arrived in the room 2 days after. Overall, I wish I knew the little details and subtilities.

Pretty good
This is a pretty good place to stay. It’s a little farther walk that the center of the city but very manageable. The beds were ok, definitely need pillows that aren’t so flat (but that’s just my preference). The AC saved us! The shower was odd, it leaked all throughout the bathroom and out so be careful. Otherwise it was great for a weekend trip! They let us store our bags for free in their lockers after we checked out because we wanted to do more sightseeing. Good place!

Très accueillant salle de bain très petite. On avait réservé un lit QUEEN et c’était deux lits simples collés avec un drap pour attaché le tout. Bien localisé. Air climatisé plus ou moins fonctionne.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Air con is not good enough for a hot summer. Felt hot the whole time staying at hotel, day and night. Family took several cold showers to cool ourselves (having said that, cold water is not cold enough), in order to have a good night sleep. Did not want to stay in the hotel room at all. We stayed at Rome before staying at this hotel and then to Venice after this, both the hotels did not have the same problem.

Amazing location just a stone’s throw from the Arno and a stroll away from every tourist attraction. Rooms were very clean and had good amenities. Very friendly staff. The shared terrace is absolutely lovely.

Das Hotel war für mich an einer idealen Lage, weil das Zentrum schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen ist. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass gerade ein Haus vis à vis renoviert wurde, so dass wir den Baulärm hörten. Das ist sicher nur ein vorübergehender Zustand, weswegen ich die Unterkunft dennoch empfehlen kann. Das Check-in hat gut geklappt. Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden. Für den Zugang in der Nacht erhält man einen Schlüssel und einen Code. Das hat dann alles auch wunder funktioniert. Die Unterkunft war eher klein aber bot alles, was man braucht (Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Duschtücher usw.). Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Bad war sauber. Der Check-out hat auch prima geklappt. Das Personal konnte sogar ein bisschen Deutsch :-)

Gentile Leonardo, attualmente per ospiti singoli non serviamo la colazione a causa dell'emergenza sanitaria. Nell'immediata vicinanza della Foresteria ci sono tanti bar, pasticcerie, caffetterie che offrono la colazione con la possibilità di consumarla all'aria aperta. La pulizia giornaliera non è prevista, ma con un piccolo sovrapprezzo la possiamo fare.

This place is exactly what it offers and nothing more. I do want to point out that this is a lodging place, not a hotel. It’s in a very convenient location with very yummy restaurants, coffee shops and bars within a 2 minute walk. Really nice and friendly staff. The doors and elevator are only accessible with keys, front gate locks after 9pm and can only be accessed with a code that you are given (as a young woman traveling with my younger sister I felt very very safe here). Rooms are spacious and mostly clean, ac is absolutely amazing and works wonderfully, walls are a little thin but other than that it was a great stay.
