'We booked this place hoping it will be a hidden gem in Valletta. The location was what we expected to be fair. Unfortunately, our stay was not as pleasant mainly to the cleanliness of the place. Mold in the washrooms, dirty floors and to top it off, they only provided one set of towels and one toilet roll (we stayed 10 days!). We had to purchase everything separately and when we cooked cockroaches appeared. Not recommended. Hopefully the host put some effort. We wasted our money.'

'Very interesting historic apartment. It is spread out over 4 levels so a lot of stairs!!! Not very comfortably furnished in the sense that it was not very cozy (we jokingly called it the nicest frat house we ever stayed in). No carpets and very high ceilings so everything echoed. Shower pressure was very poor so be prepared for challenges there. However, beds were all very comfortable. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. '

Je merkt wel dat het gebouw niet meer nieuw is, maar dat wordt door de vriendelijkheid van het personeel zeker goed gemaakt. De airco/verwarming is zeer eenvoudig te bedienen; zeker een plus. En … op wandelafstand van het centrum. Top. '

'Het hotel ligt rustig, heeft een fijne atmosfeer en erg vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt was erg goed, deels buffet en deels bediend. Het gezellige centrum ligt letterlijk om de hoek. Zeker aan te bevelen! '

'I loves my stay @ the UV. 1.The personeel is polite, and seems to be on top of their job. Very kind and attent. You ask for something and it is quickly delivered. 2. The rooms are cleaned daily and it doesn’t matter the time you go out you come back to a clean room 3 the shuttle service was super great and all drivers were very polite.
