'Friendly staff. Charming property. Delicious breakfast. Great location - walking distance to Cocoa Village.'

'The room was somewhat clean, the bed was comfortable- but the area is not the greatest, a lot of foot traffic around the building. Inside of room could use some minor repairs and a paint job, but it served its purpose for a few hours of sleep.'

'This property is long overdue for a renovation. The location is very sketchy….looks like it’s located in the back of a shopping center. Parking lot lighting is bleak. I will say the tub was clean, but the rooms are lacking. There was no smoke detector….just the place where one used to be with wires sticking out of the wall. The baseboards were spackled with something not meant to fill holes. Overall, I would pay more to stay somewhere else. If we had not had but one night, we probably would have...

'We stayed 1 night before our cruise. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and the area was quiet. The only issue for us was the mattress. It was too hard for our liking. Other than that our stay was great!'

'Top prijs kwaliteit'

'The check-in process was so terrible, we didn’t even stay at the hotel. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. What a mistake to have her work the front desk. We will not be back.'

'We zijn hier al een paar keer geweest, en het is altijd geweldig! Mooi hotel, mooi zwembad, strandstoelen en parasol mag je van het hotel gebruiken! Heerlijk ontbijt, compliment voor de dames van het ontbijt, en de schoonmaaksters, Altijd zo vriendelijk!! Komen graag nog eens terug! En als je geluk hebt, raket lancering bekijken vanaf het dak'

'Clean room, Uber needed to get to T1 cruise ships (about $20). Easy parking for duration of cruise'

'A basic stay, prices doesn’t reflect the amenities'

'Prachtige kamers, fijn zwembad, super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. '

'Sfeervol ingericht klein complex met luxe kamers. Mooie ligging aan het strand. Faciliteiten voor BBQ aanwezig. Half uurtje rijden van Kennedy Space Center. Vliegveld Orlando ligt op een uur rijden.'

'Great little place to stay the night before our cruise!'
