'There were a few problems with the room when we arrived but the staff took care of it promptly.
The stay was very relaxing. Manatees off the bow of the boat every day. It was our second trip here and hope to come back again. '

'I absolutely loved staying at Captian Pip's at the knight key inn. The room was huge, and although not very luxurious, it was super clean and had everything we needed. The view in the bridge is awesome. The service was also excellent. Check in quick, friendly and efficient. Check out piece of cake. Maybe some people could have issues that the room is not dark enough in the morning. But since we were up early, we did not mind.'

Manetees in the water Dolphins came to visit
Joleen is the manager and she is super friendly and takes care of the place really well

'Communication was quick and friendly, the houseboat was clean, and the location is wonderful. Great restaurant on site, and more good food and happy hours within easy walking distance. Highly recommended!'
