'We had an amazing vacation in the Keys and truly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very comfortable, the beds were clean, and everything was spotless when we arrived. We also loved the location—it was convenient and beautiful. One of our favorite parts of the trip was seeing so many deer around the property, which made the experience even more special. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be nice if guests staying for a week or longer could receive housekeeping service at least twice...

'Great place. Quaint. Good parking. Pool was nice, with outside bathrooms/changing areas and showers that were very clean. Extra pool towels were great to have. Air worked well to cool the boat. We struggled hooking up WiFi was our only complaint, but only with the tv and some computer apps. Minor inconvenience. Nice facility and we would stay again. Host was helpful and responsive.'

'The houseboat were a great experience not only for the kid's but the adults also. Seeing the manatees swim around the cove was awesome! It was a great place to meet your neighbors as the porches are very close. The swimming pool is a great addition to the property! If going back to the area, I would definitely go there again! We really enjoyed our visit there!'

'Renovation won't be bad. Especially new A/C! They are really loud and noisy. Room is clean (with 2 tv's!) Nice pool. Great view'
