'The floor in my room was not mopped,I stayed for 4 nights and during that time my room was not serviced at all during my stay.My trashed was not change,no new sheets on the bed.And toiletrees were not stocked.Floor was not mopped.For the priced I paid, I would imagine that would have a clean and proper stocked amenities in my room.Very disappointed!!!'

'The rooms need upgrading. The walls are dirty. The hot water doesn't get hot. The shower leaks. The carpet in the rooms are dirty. I just expected more. I am very big on CLEAN. This location just didn't meet the standards. The Baymeadows location I love.'

'It was my birthday weekend & I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The location is super convenient and made getting around really easy. The hotel itself has a modern feel, and the room setup was clean, stylish, and comfortable. I especially loved the walk-in shower—it definitely added a nice touch. 'The overnight receptionist wasn't very nice. He did his job but it was with an annoyed attitude.'

'This is an older hotel that is currently undergoing renovations, so I’m expecting it to improve from its present condition. Despite that, the staff made a great impression—everyone was friendly and professional. A special thank you to Kristy, who went above and beyond to assist with our reservation and helped us get in touch with the right people regarding an issue we experienced at a previous Hilton location. I truly appreciated her effort and willingness to help.'

'The hotel didn´t have hot water throught the stay. They said it was because of the storm but in my opinion they should have fix it the first day. We didn't receive any compensation. Also, I like to have my bed done and they say they clean the room every 3 days, otherwise is a 'refreshment' that is just cleaning the trash bins.'
