'The breakfast was amazing !!! '

'The floor in my room was not mopped,I stayed for 4 nights and during that time my room was not serviced at all during my stay.My trashed was not change,no new sheets on the bed.And toiletrees were not stocked.Floor was not mopped.For the priced I paid, I would imagine that would have a clean and proper stocked amenities in my room.Very disappointed!!!'

'It was my birthday weekend & I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The location is super convenient and made getting around really easy. The hotel itself has a modern feel, and the room setup was clean, stylish, and comfortable. I especially loved the walk-in shower—it definitely added a nice touch. 'The rooms need upgrading. The walls are dirty. The hot water doesn't get hot. The shower leaks. The carpet in the rooms are dirty. I just expected more. I am very big on CLEAN. This location just didn't meet the standards. The Baymeadows location I love.'

'Not sure why I ever stay at any other hotel chain other than the Holiday Inn express! Pretty much can always guarantee extremely comfortable beds and pillows, and a great breakfast! The staff was wonderful for the most part and extremely helpful!'
