'My husband and I and our grandchildren and pet really enjoyed our stay at perch hole. Everything was as described.very neat, clean and private the sceneries were very pleasing. Can’t wait until our next visit. The guided fishing tour with Genes guides was fantastic. All and all a wonderful visit. Will be returning in the fall.'

'Great view! Location is kinda sketchy but close to everything you need. The surrounding area could use a clean up of old junk but that’s not the property rentals fault. The recliner could be replaced because it doesn’t recline and the grill needs a good cleaning and grilling utensils would’ve been great. We enjoyed of stay for the most part though. Loved Toledo bend !'
