The Space:
Alpaca Tiny House with Vineyard Lakeside by Tiny Away sits on 41 acres in Flowerdale, featuring a lake, creek, mountain, and vineyard. The farm stay is just an hour’s drive from Melbourne, beyond the quaint town of Whittlesea, and close to the charming town of Kinglake. The area is surrounded by stunning natural attractions such as Kinglake National Park, Mount Sugarloaf, and Mason Falls.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flushed toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
In addition, the tiny house is conveniently located just 100 meters from the main house, 200 meters from the second farm stay, and 200 meters from the lake.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the host's private residence. Please remember to close the vineyard gate behind you, otherwise the alpacas will escape from the vineyard.
The Neighborhood:
Alpaca Tiny House with Vineyard Lakeside by Tiny Away sits in the rural locality of the Shire of Murrindindi- Flowerdale, just 27 minutes away from Whittlesea, VIC. To our left, there is a horse farm, and to the opposite side, an Angus Cattle farm.
You can also explore the town of Kinglake, which has a lot of interesting attractions such as Kinglake National Park, Mount Sugarloaf, and Mason Falls.

Other Things to Note:
- No unregistered guests are allowed
- No smoking allowed on the property
- We also have a farm dog on our property
- Mobile reception is good inside the tiny house
- Outdoor firepit and BBQ grill is available for guests-use
- No BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits during a total fire ban
- We also have 2 very beautiful alpacas living on the property
- You can get your firewood by gathering them from the forest
- Please note that some areas are shared, like the BBQ grill, chairs, etc.
- When entering and leaving the property, remember to shut the gates properly
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Safety Guidelines for Snake Season
- Please follow the guidelines below to avoid snake bites
- Stay vigilant during the spring and summer as snakes may be present in the area.
- We recommend wearing long, loose-fitting pants and closed-toe shoes, such as boots or sneakers, while exploring the property.
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
