'Amaxing place to stay. We had the family suite which is two rooms with an interconnceting door. Both rooms are beautiful, but the front room with the balcony overlooking the harbour is amazing. Locaton could not be better - you are minutes away from so many amazing restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms are beautifully furnished with top quality towels and toiletries and all so well designed. Nespresso machine and mini fridge too.'

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. 'The space was all I needed. The location was in the heart of the car free old town area. More the enough shopping and restaurants were extremely close by. I took the bus from the Chania airport and walked maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Incredibly convenient location and easy to access.'

'I will focus only on areas of possible improvement which are: - lack of blackout drapes or their correct installation - lack of space for arrangement in the bathroom - cleaning up the main entrance which is very disturbing covered by anti-tourism posters and signs VERY IMPORTANT is to know that the hotel is in a pedestrian zone so no vehicle can get in to the street. You need to take care of your luggage to the entrance and much worse through steep, narrow and twisted stairs. Impossible for...

'We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)!...
