The neighborhood offers many services, restaurants and pizzerias, as well as a supermarket and various shops. The sea can be reached simply by crossing the road and here you will be welcomed by both free beaches and bathing establishments. The city center is a few minutes' walk away and will allow you to immerse yourself even more in the local atmosphere.
The location is excellent to fully enjoy our town.
Elba is a splendid seafront and air-conditioned apartment, with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Follonica.
Located on the first floor, it opens onto a bright living/dining room with kitchenette which leads to the balcony overlooking the sea. The hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms (in one it is possible to add a single bed on request) and bathroom with shower.
With Elba, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a privileged location and share the same floor with the Palmaiola apartment, ideal for larger groups or families who wish to spend their holidays together.
Be ready to wake up every morning to the sound of the waves and enjoy spectacular sunsets every evening. Elba is your gateway to a unique holiday, where the sea and the breathtaking view become an integral part of your stay.
Linen service is not included, only on request. Apartment suitable for families, not rented to groups of young people.

4. Carbonifera beach: 5 km from the center of Follonica, Carbonifera beach will enchant you with its nineteenth-century tower and the surrounding coastal landscape. You can reach it via a short walk from a large equipped car park. Light sandy beach, coastal dunes shaded by pine trees, and shallow seabed make it ideal for families and nature lovers.
