'This is truly a hidden gem in Folly Beach! The room was cozy and clean and smelled fabulous everytime we came in. It’s conveniently located to the Main Street walking to stores and restaurants was all within 5 min. The park with a fishing pier at the end of the street was super fun. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and breads and other options. This is a MUST stay and can’t wait to stay here again as the prices are reasonable.'

'Our trip was last minute and with my dog, and I was lucky enough to run across Boutique. The price is very reasonable for the location, especially for last minute and dog friendly. Rustic, charming B&B cottage two streets from Folly Beach. We stayed in the Little Annie room in the main building. Perfect for two and a dog. We even managed to fit the dog crate! Surprisingly quiet for a beach hotel in a holiday week, and no noise even from the other guests. Kat greeted us when we checked in....

'The Inn itself was certainly picturesque, as was our room, but it wasn't particularly clean. (Not filthy by any stretch of the imagination but not clean either.) The room was thick with dust (certain areas just skipped for long spans of time). The mantle over the fireplace was just covered in a thick fuzzy layer that was gross, and unfortunately I placed my stuff on it, as it was the only place there was a mirror to brush your hair or put on makeup other than the bath mirror, so if someone was...

The hosts thought of everything- very well stocked and communication throughout the process was great. The cottage was clean and well maintained. So glad to be close to Folly Beach. When we return to Charleston we will definitely stay here again!'
