Nog een van Folly's Best! Picket Fence is een klassiek Folly Beach-huisje met 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer. U zult zeker genieten van de recent bijgewerkte look van de nieuwe eigenaren! De eerste slaapkamer heeft een comfortabel queensize bed en de tweede slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed. Ontspan op de afgeschermde veranda of geniet van de veranda met uitzicht op de prachtige vegetatie en het schattige pad dat naar de gedeelde wasruimte en buitendouche leidt. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere kabel-tv, gratis WiFi, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een gedeelde propaangrill en aluminium strandkarren. En het?s hondvriendelijk ook!

Picket Fence ligt in een rustige woonwijk, op slechts twee minuten lopen van het strand en slechts zes korte blokken naar Center Street. Deze eigenschap kan alleen worden gehuurd, of met zijn zuster huisjes, Sea Glass Cottage en 615 East Erie. Gecombineerd vormen deze drie eigenschappen Familiehuizen.

Cute cottage near the beach and not far from the downtown Folly area! Had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, outdoor shower handy, dog park nearby and the AC worked great! Thank you!

Beach Dog Getaway

The property was perfect for us. Clean, convenient, quiet and close to walks on the beach and restaurants. Staff at Best Rentals could not have been nicer. A visit with dog treats and a help with a business issue was taken care of with efficiency and a smile. Highly recommend a stay on Folly with Best Rentals.

The cottage was everything we needed. It was clean and close to the beach making our stay very pleasant. The only thing is that the bed felt like a full (I believe queen is on the listing) but it was still fine.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet part of Folly. We had excellent communication with the company who handles the rentals. We left our beach chairs at home b/c the listing implied there were some available there were no beach chairs. No big deal we bought some. I was happy to be able to take my 14 lb dog but was surprised that I had to take her for a walk at night before bed due to the signs saying no peeing or pooping allowed on grass. We would never leave dog poop in the yard, and would hope other dog parents would know not to do that when someone is generous enough to let you stay with your pet in their home. We would go back and stay there. We enjoyed that it was a short walk to the beach and could literally walk to town if we wanted to..

Cute cottage

We enjoyed staying at this rustic tiny cottage. It was well maintained and the grounds and amenities were nice. We loved the screen porch and could hear the waves with the windows open. Also there was laundry and an ice machine on the beautiful grounds. Really nice. Would stay here again.

Perfect beach cottage

Such a cute, little beach cottage! It’s an easy walk to the beach or Center St. My two 12-year old boys loved the bunk room and I loved the screened in front porch. I can see coming back and renting the adjacent cottages with some other families.

This was our first (true) vacation and my first ever Vrbo experience. I was so pleased with the cottage. I wanted something simple but it was lovely. Enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch. The booking was easy and if I ever return to SC I will want to book this cottage again.

The perfect cottage!

This cottage was better in real life than the photos. There were more than enough household supplies, super cozy — exactly what you want when you think of a beach cottage. From the decor to the beautiful landscaping and ease of walking to the beach, we hope to make our stay here and our visit to Folly Beach an annual Labor Day trip.

Lots of potential

This cottage is super cute and has so much potential. But...it is not dog friendly. There is no yard to walk your dog, there is no outside lighting to walk your dog, the front porch was grossly dirty, and the screen was coming off thus making it unsafe to let my dog out there unsupervised. If you charge extra for a dog, at least ensure that the rental actually is set up to welcome a dog and not full of signs outside that specifically tell you not to let your dog pee or poop in the yard. The only option was to take it on the street and let it pee or poop on someone else's yard... The cleanliness of the cottage was not great - cobwebs to the side of the bathroom sink, the pans we used were dirty and had to be washed before use, the front porch and its furniture were filthy, the shower had mold all around the edges, and the walls of the bathroom had streaks of something next to the sink. The sofa in the living room was covered in stains. I would also suggest that if you advertise a gas grill, you should include a gas bottle or state up front that you must bring your own. Most vacationers don't travel with a propane bottle in their trunk. This rendered the grill unusable. This really is a charming cottage, it was just disappointing in light of it being pet friendly and not super clean. A coat of paint, a deep clean and more attention to detail, along with a more dog friendly situation would have made it a great experience for us.
