The beach awaits! This two bed, two bathroom lower level unit is a great retreat. Second row house with at a great location. Some wavy floors and old school build mixed with some nice updates makes this unit a classic Folly Stay. Outdoor shower, ample parking and just across the street from the beach access will provide a great landing spot for all of your adventures. Central air, newer windows and nice enclosed front porch help you get a comfortable spot to hide from the heat.

Lower level of a duplex. Fun colors, newer appliances and lots of other updates make it a comfortable space. Wavy floors and older siding may deter those looking for a new home but the comfortable classic is a great place for those looking to enjoy a true Folly stay. Two large bedrooms with Queen beds, living room with sleeper sofa(best for Kids) and daybed on the front enclosed porch provide for decent sleeping options. One bath is attached to one of the bedrooms and the other isn't. Sleeps up to 6 but wouldn't advise more than four adults if you want to have your own space and still enjoy shared areas.
