Dit onlangs gerenoveerde huis met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers is de perfecte plek om te ontspannen, met comfortabele woonaccommodaties met een geweldige volledig omheinde buitenruimte en voldoende parkeergelegenheid, allemaal op korte loopafstand van het strand. Het strandhuisje beschikt over prachtige gewelfde plafonds en gladde, gebeitste betonnen vloeren die koel zijn op blote voeten. De gezellige woonkamer is ideaal voor gezinnen om een film te kijken op de flatscreen-tv of gewoon samen te zijn, ingericht met een lederen queensize slaapbank. De gemoderniseerde keuken heeft granieten aanrecht, hoogwaardige apparatuur, op maat gemaakte kasten en alles wat je nodig hebt om je favoriete maaltijd te bereiden. Het koffiezetapparaat neemt gemalen koffie en heeft een reinigbaar filter, en een papieren wegwerpfilter kan indien gewenst worden gebruikt. Elke slaapkamer heeft een super comfortabel kingsize bed, op maat gemaakte kledingkast en een flatscreen-tv. Beide grote badkamers hebben grote inloopdouches, vernieuwd met prachtige stenen afwerkingen. Als je klaar bent om naar het strand te gaan, pak je gewoon de strandkar en stoelen en geniet je van de privé-koude buiten douche wanneer je terugkomt van het strand.

De tuin is prachtig aangelegd en volledig omheind met veel speelruimte voor de kinderen of honden die meegaan. Met veel zitplaatsen is het buitenterras een geweldige plek om achterover te leunen en te ontspannen, of de grill aan te steken en buiten van uw maaltijden te genieten. En de privé-buitendouche is altijd een favoriet om een ​​leuke dag op het strand te eindigen.

Dit huis heeft een eigen oprit voor het parkeren van maximaal 3 voertuigen, en ligt op slechts 5 minuten lopen naar het strand en naar Centre Street. Dit huis ligt op slechts 20 minuten van het centrum van Charleston, winkels, restaurants en nog veel meer

Charming renovation in ideal location

After years of staying on Folly, we've found our favorite home base! This charming bungalow has been completely and thoughtfully renovated, with two large king bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room for privacy. There is a bonus sleeping area off of the living room and two generous full baths with every amenity. High ceilings throughout enhance the sense of spaciousness the design elements are cheerful and stylish. The kitchen is inviting and well-organized, but we were too tempted by all of the restaurant options within walking distance to make full use of it. The fenced-in yard and lovely patio area double the gathering spaces; even the parking area is inviting and truly accommodates 3 vehicles and a golf cart (rare in this part of Folly). The location is ideal! We were on the beach in 3 minutes and walked to Burt's for provisions, Chico for live music, the pier for happy hour, Lost Dog for breakfast, and to many restaurants. We will be back!

Cozy Retreat

Very clean and well appointed. Comfy surroundings and the owner has thoughtfully turned this place into a cozy retreat. Fun colors and great artwork throughout. We highly recommend this property for easy access to all things Folly!

Adorable, comfy cottage

Loved our stay at this cute little cottage. It’s small but well equipped! The two bathrooms were super convenient and the backward was perfection! Our little maltipoo loved having his own fenced area. The cottage is well maintained and the kitchen has all your basic needs. Really appreciated the generous supply of dishwashing cubes, laundry detergent cubes, trash bags and toiletries. We didn’t have to replenish during our five-night stay!!

Great Getaway

This funky little cottage was perfect for my pup & me. When we arrived it was spotless & inviting. We had everything we needed. The fenced in back yard was beautifully landscaped & so great for my dog to play freely. It was near the center of things but was far enough away to be quiet & cozy. I look forward to coming back.

Cutest bungalow excellent location

Perfect backyard for pets or kids. Short walking distance to both beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. The inside is so cute and comfy we didn’t even mind staying inside on a rainy day! The owner was very responsive answering questions.

Best Vacation House Ever

"Best vacation house ever!" That was the review from my 8 year old. We all really enjoyed our stay. Perks that set this place a part from others... lots of towels, storage space, fenced in yard for the dog, showers with water pressure (along with removable spray nozzle that the kids thought was a specially made 'kid shower'), three large beds, and fun decor. Access to the beach and to main street super easy and we walked everywhere with the dog. We were literally looking at when we could come back again while we were still there!

Great location - walk to the beach, breakfast at Lost Dog, lunch at Rita’s. Very clean! Lovingly maintained and updated little-ole beach cottage. The pictures in the listing are accurate, but somehow don’t do it justice. The house is adorable. The yard is private and lovely. All of it very people and pet friendly. A “starter pack” of coffee would not go unappreciated.

Little Pink Folly Beach House

The whole family loved this house. The backyard was perfect for the kids and pups. We spent all our evenings out there. The walk to the beach and restaurants was manageable, even with 3 kids. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. The house came stocked with paper products, laundry/dish pods, and miscellaneous bathroom toiletries which helped limit our shopping trips. If I could change one thing, it would be the rocky-cement out back that was painful to walk on a did some damage to my clumsy toddler's knees.

We had a wonderful time. The house was very accommodating… We had everything that we needed. The inside and outside were both kept up so well. This is a beautiful property we would definitely rebook. The only thing that would’ve made it even more perfect is a pool in the backyard! We love the outdoor shower and used it often. It was a great girls weekend!
