Welcome to Go Your Own Wave! This stunning retreat on the marsh embraces a relaxing vacation getaway for you and your family. Located in quiet a cul-de-sac neighborhood, this 2 story, 3 bedroom/3 bath single family home is just a short walk from the beach and a quick golf ride from downtown Folly Beach; where you will appreciate an array of shops and restaurants. For a break from the beach action, the kids will enjoy the playground conveniently located around the corner.

The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The thoroughly stocked kitchen features granite countertops, high-end appliances, and a casual dining area with additional seating at the kitchen island for a quick lunch with the kids or game night. The living room boasts wrap-around sectional seating, 65" Smart TV, original art, and a wet bar. It's perfect for movie night with the family or watching your favorite team win. The formal dining room provides seating for 6-8 people and provided the perfect atmosphere for a special meal with loved ones. After dinner, saunter onto the adjacent front porch to enjoy a drink and quiet conversation.

The 1st floor master bedroom offers a king bed, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor includes a king bed, Smart TV, private access to a guest bathroom, and access to the screened in porch. The 3rd bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. Here you'll find a queen bed, 2 twin beds, a Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. Overlooking the marsh from the back deck, take in the peaceful sights and sounds of nature while sipping on your morning coffee or watching the beautiful Folly Beach sunset in the evening. The full length screened-in porch also provides a comfortable gathering area with plenty of seating and additional dining space.

This house has all the amenities to make your vacation one of comfort and ease. Amenities include keyless entry, contactless check-in, free Wi-Fi, Direct TV, separate laundry room, central heat and A/C, gas grill, fenced in backyard, and 24-hour emergency on-call staff. A starter supply of toiletries will be provided.

Home is non-smoking and please NO smoking anywhere on the property. Home is not pet-friendly and no events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. The garage and indoor fireplace are not available for guest use. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. We hope to see you soon!

**HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
