Kitchen is well stocked . Blender, coffee, espresso, toaster, microwave, large gas range stovetop, oven. A lot of cooking equipment, large fridge and freezer. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. 5 minute walk to the beach, 20-30 minute beautiful walk to town.5 minute by car or golf cart. Outdoor showers are nice when coming back from beach. Be prepared for a lot of stairs. My family didn’t mind it, might be a struggle for some. 1st floor 3 beds rooms, each with their own bath 2nd floor family room, dinning, kitchen, 1/2bath, laundry balcony. 3rd floor rec room, 2 sets of bunk beds, balcony, two arcade style games. Beautiful beach view from all rooms. Especially top floor. Can hear the ocean at night when on balcony.quite area, safe and easy to walk with children, pets or recreational. Beach was not overly crowded. Will need to bring your own beach chairs or blanket. We will definitely be in touch to stay again!

The proximity to the beach was really nice. The condition of the house was not as good as shown in the photos. The furniture was a bit worn and most of the cabinets were chipped plus there were stains all over the carpet on the top floor and the pool area was dirty. The views to the ocean were nice, especially from the top floor. The kitchen needs a run through. A coffee maker was broken and we could only find the bottom to a blender

Out of this world home

Upon entering the home it was breath taking and so clean. We loved the view from the top story, and enjoyed our time celebrating a friend getting married. Would stay here again and again!
