Nog een van Folly's Best! 615 East Erie is een volledig gerenoveerd en prachtig ingericht strandhuis met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Gewelfde plafonds, dakramen en een open plattegrond bieden een lichte en luchtige woonruimte die comfortabel plaats biedt aan maximaal 8 gasten. Er is overal nieuw meubilair en een prachtige keuken met stenen werkbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten. Een wasmachine en droger zijn ook gunstig gelegen naast de slaapkamer. Gelegen in een rustige woonwijk, is het een korte wandeling van twee minuten naar de oceaan en zes blokken naar Centre Street, waar u kunt genieten van de relaxte restaurants, bars en winkels. Deze woning heeft voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor meerdere auto's en zelfs een boottrailer.

Geniet van de rust vanaf de verhoogde afgeschermde veranda met uitzicht op het moeras, of op het gloednieuwe achterdek toegankelijk vanuit de slaapkamer en 2e kamer. De omheinde achtertuin uitgerust met een eigen grill en ruime zitplaatsen is de perfecte plek om te barbecueën met de hele bemanning en de weelderige vegetatie biedt een oase-achtige omgeving. Er is ook een warme en koude buitendouche om af te spoelen als u van het strand komt. Goed opgevoede, met vlooien behandelde honden zijn toegestaan met voorafgaande goedkeuring en huisdierentarieven. We hebben het ras en de grootte van uw huisdier nodig voordat goedkeuring wordt verleend.

Dit huis ligt op een groot perceel dat van straat tot straat loopt. Aan de achterkant van de kavel zijn nog twee andere huisjes te huur. Ze hebben hun eigen voorzieningen, maar maken een geweldige optie voor een uitgebreide familievakantie of het verzamelen van vrienden! Neem contact met ons op als u meer ruimte wilt huren.

Enjoyed our stay at Heron house & was happy we were able to bring our fur babies with us. Had our morning coffee on the screened in porch & was a great place to relax. Restaurants and beach within close proximity & were dog friendly as well. Took a day to explore Charleston (only a 20min ride).

We stayed for 4 nights in late August, two adults, three young kids. The place was great. Exactly as advertised. Great communication from the property management. Easy check in and out process. There were some communal beach accessories available, which was very helpful for kids (shovels/buckets/body boards). Also the marsh view from the screened in verandah was beautiful at sunset. We would certainly stay there again!

Perfect spot on Folly!

There are numerous positives about this property —great location close enough to walk but far enough from the hubbub —lovely and comfortable main room —really nicely decorated—felt like staying in someone’s home vs many VRBOs that can feel sterile. This one has great style and feels loved —excellent porch for chilling —bedrooms were great and beds comfortable —yard and as perfect for a dog 🐶 —quiet street with little traffic —kitchen is spacious and well stocked —many nice touches (tp back stock, laundry and dish soap) —discount in bike rental —attentiveness of the team managing the place was great 😊 The beach chair selection was not great so bring your own or rent. Bathrooms were clean but not particularly spacious—small showers. Overall this is an excellent property and we had a great stay.

Renovation Vacation

We stayed in Folly while our upstairs floors were being redone. It was a great break from our regular routine. Being able to bring our pup with us was an added bonus. She loved the backyard and walks on the beach. We were able to see the marsh land and hear the waves. So many great porches and perfect cozy nooks! we highly recommended staying here!

Lovely and Well appointed, close to beach!

We were thrilled with this property. Spacious, beautifully appointed, very close to the beach, and in a quiet stretch of Folly. It's a little bit of a hike into town, but it's a short drive and that's part of what makes it so pleasant, the beach was GORGEOUS and uncrowded, and the place has a view of the marshes, super pretty.

The place was perfect for me and my family. Less than a mile to the main commercial center - easy walk for dinner or coffee. Short drive to Charleston. Not too far from golf in Kiawah. Would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful beach beauty!

The house was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Plenty of space for a family to hang out together, but find quiet places to relax. The porch was so relaxing with a great swing bed! Kitchen was outfitted for any level of cook with a gourmet oven and the extra of a selection of spices to use (always nice to not have to pack or purchase salt, pepper, etc!) Lovely little yard for kids or pups to play. Easy walk to the beach or marsh.

Had a blast

We went down for my daughter to run the Charleston half marathon - which got cancelled due to covid. However, we rented a golf cart and she ran 13 miles on Folly while we followed her and we had a blast. The house is awesome. Plenty of places for people to sit while still being together. The back yard feels like you are in the tropics. The landscaping is beautiful!

Property was perfect for us. Looked for a place that gave 3-4 different areas that family could work remotely while at Folly. Also needed to be able to host small extended family gathering after our grandson’s baptism. Everything we needed was supplied. Great WiFi, bedding, linens, towels, kitchen, furniture. Extremely clean inside and out. Owners have thought through everything to make your stay wonderful. Really loved the fenced in back yard. Property manager, Folly’s Best Rentals, so friendly and. accommodating. Give this rental 10 stars!!

Cutest house ever!

My husband & I and our 12 yr old daughter & her best friend (and our 2 dogs) stayed for Easter/Spring Break. The house is even cuter than the pictures online. It's on the west side of the island which has great old shade trees so the streets are perfect for walks/runs. 2 blocks from the beach & two blocks from the park with playground, basketball, tennis and a dog park. The backyard is beautifuly landscaped & was great for the dogs. We would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful Home!

We loved staying at this home. Nice view of the marsh from the screened in porch with a very comfy swing and rocking chairs. Easy walk to beach with wonderful access. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you’d need to cook with... even a garlic press and muffin pans!! The walk to town was .8 of a mile. Very doable walk as parking is not always easy to find in the heart of Folly. If you have a large gathering with multiple families, there are 2 smaller cottages right behind this property that is designed to be social with them. This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again! :)

This home was more than we expected. Easy check in process with keyless entry. The home was beautiful, short walk to the beach, close to downtown. The house is bright, open, and clean. Kitchen had all of the amenities. We felt right at home! The neighborhood is safe and quiet. This was such a nice getaway!

Just as advertised - Beautiful!

We went to the house for six days for a getaway with three adults and three children, ages 5, 3 and almost 2. The property was perfect for all of us. It was clean, and safe for the kids. The beautiful front porch was screened in so we didn't have to worry about the kids getting hurt. The location is perfect, just a few blocks walking distance from the beach. We would stay at this property again. Thank you!

My friends and I loved this beach house getaway from our busy pandemic working mom life! Two blocks from the beach. Quiet street. Beautiful covered porch with porch swing and rocking chairs. Very nicely maintained property. Would definitely rent this home again.

Better than the pictures!

A perfect beach getaway! This house was beautifully furnished with plenty of sleeping and hanging out space for the whole family. It was perfectly clean and stocked with all the cooking supplies you need to take care of your own meals if you don't want to eat out. The pictures don't do it justice. The yard and landscaping are beautiful and the property is only a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. It is a little further from down town than the hotel, but its very easy to rent bikes, moped, or a golf cart (our choice) while you're there! We loved the fact that there was an outdoor shower and laundry room for cleaning up after you day at the beach. It made it super easy for us to hose down the dogs and clean up after a day on the sand. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, non-crowded weekend at the beach.
