Onlangs gerenoveerd en beginnende vakantie verhuur in 2018, deze "Tranquille Beach Cabin" is op een geweldige locatie iets meer dan 2 blokken van Center Street met alle winkels en restaurants; maar in de rustige wijk West End! Mooi huis, slechts een vier blokken, 5-10 minuten lopen of een 2 minuten fietsen naar de oceaan. Deze 3 slaapkamers ~ 3 ligbad thuis voor 8 personen.

Quiet Beach Living. Een mooie vakantie wacht op u. Deze opgeworpen strandhuis ligt aan het begin van de 3e St. on W Indian Avenue. Geniet van de afgeschermde veranda met uitzicht op een schaduwrijke achtertuin met eiken en palmen met veel tuinmeubilair en een open lucht dek met een Weber Gas Grill. (schoonmaken van de grill is de verantwoordelijkheid van de huurder)

De volledig omheinde achtertuin biedt een perfecte, veilige plek voor de kinderen om te spelen weg van alle strandverkeer.

De volledig uitgeruste en onlangs gerenoveerde keuken is high-end, met verbeterde apparaten en massieve quartz-tellers. Nieuwe tankloze boiler biedt eindeloos warm water voor ieders douche. Interieur pas geschilderd, houten vloeren afgewerkt, nieuwe banken en eetkamerstoelen, alle nieuwe bedden met consumentrapporten topklasse kingsize en koningin matrassen en nieuwe ultra-HD tv's in alle slaapkamers (alles gedaan in de zomer van 2018). De 3e slaapkamer is geschikt voor 3, een stapelbed met een stapelbed en een stapelbed.

U zult zeer tevreden zijn met de smaak en de hoogwaardige kwaliteit van dit huis. Dit gezellige strandhuis is precies wat u nodig heeft voor uw uitje. Voor de prijs kun je het niet verslaan. Kom hier echt even ontspannen op Folly.

Great home with amazing pool!

My family enjoyed this home with the beautiful, private pool last week. There was plenty of room for my husband & me (in our 50's), my in-laws (in their 70's), my 2 grown children (21 & 25 years old) and their friends (21 & 27). The home was clean, had enough furniture and comfortable beds, and the neighborhood was so quiet and laid-back. We cooked there for many meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The rental company communicated thoroughly with us before, during and after the trip so that we had enough information and resources for our stay. The screened-in porch was so nice every morning to sit and enjoy our coffee. We spent most of our time in the huge pool, and it was the absolute largest, cleanest and well appointed pool we have rented for 20 years! There were comfortable & sturdy chairs, enough seating for all 8 of us, and enough shade for me, as well as sun for the younger guests. We did ride bikes and drive the rented golf cart to the beach some, but mostly we just enjoyed the pool each day/night. The neighborhood is very nice, and you can walk to Center Street or to the beach easily. We loved this property and we would love to stay here again and again! The only 2 issues we had were very minor: -The ice maker is really slow (but the listing specifically told us to be prepared to purchase bags of ice, so we did buy a lot of ice!) -The previous guests must have used all the propane, so the very first night when we had marinated our chicken to grill, we tried to start the gas grill, only to find it empty. So, we did have to drive to the store to exchange the empty bottle for another. The listing told us to send a receipt for the gas exchange and we would be reimbursed, so it was not too big of a deal. Thank you for everything!

Young Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Folly Beach. Communication with the property manager was exceptionally easy and very well organized. We were able to get into the house early, which was a lovely surprise. The house was very clean and had everything we needed - very well stocked for little ones. We had rented a golf cart - the walk to the beach would have been challenging with 3 under the age of 7 and beach gear in two, though there was a wagon available (we didn't use). The pool was a wonderful bonus and proximity to Center Street was great - a very quick golf cart ride if we needed anything. We found the street quiet and calm with limited traffic, which was great for walking the dog with the kids. The one minor issue was that the hot water was temperamental - we ended up using the downstairs shower instead of the one in the queen bedroom because the upstairs often would not get warm enough. It wasn't an issue for us, but something to be aware of. Not sure if this is a common issue in the area or one unique to this property. Overall, would highly recommend.

Beautiful home with sparkling pool!

The home and property are beautiful with kitchen updates, appealing decor and a perfectly manicured lawn. The backyard is beautiful with a brand new outdoor shower and large, clean swimming pool with plenty of seating. We loved the screened in porch and multiply porches off bedrooms and the location was so perfect for walking to town for shopping and eating. The beach was close enough to walk to and owners provided a great cart to carry beach items as well as four bikes with helmets, which our children enjoyed. Overall, a wonderful place to spend a week!

Quiet Neighborhood and backyard oasis

We rented this house along with our adult children and 6 year old granddaughter. We also travel with two dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the fenced backyard with swimming pool was great for our family! We rented a golf cart which made the trek to the beach a lot easier since there is ample golf cart parking at the 3rd Street beach access. There are a lot of stairs at this property, but otherwise it is amazing and the kitchen is fully stocked.

Quiet location in lovely neighborhood

The house is nicely decorated and well appointed. Our favorite was the screened back porch and the beautiful pool area. Our doggy loved rolling in the grass as we played in the pool. The major disappointment was that parts of the home were filthy. The air filters look like they have NEVER been changed, the hood and the kitchen light fixtures were greasy and many of the baseboards were also very dirty.
