    This home, set near the end of Folly Island in a beautiful area, is perfect for those seeking a relaxing beach retreat. After a long day of sun and surf, shower off the salt in the outdoor shower, prepare dinner in the full kitchen, and then settle in front of the wood-burning fireplace for the evening.



    What’s nearby:

    Grab a bike and visit Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve, just over a mile away. For a small donation, you can walk or bike through the preserve to enjoy views of the Morris Island Lighthouse. Hop in the car and head just under three miles away to downtown Center Street to enjoy unique shops, restaurants, the pier, and more. During your stay, a visit to Historic Downtown Charleston is a must. Within 14 miles, you can enjoy endless sightseeing, shopping, and southern cuisine.

Great time!

We had a great experience! The view is beautiful, especially at sunrise, and the location is convenient to downtown Charleston. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

The location was perfect for us. Short drive from restaurants, but right on the beach. Can’t beat the price. Very quiet part of Folly during the offseason. Fantastic!

The owners were great a communication, clear directions on check in process. The house is even more amazing than the pictures can show! I would highly recommend staying here, great experience couldn’t ask for better

Amazing

This house was perfect for my family of four and my mom! It had everything we needed and I loved the layout. the porch was one of my favorite parts absolutely breathtaking view cannot wait to stay here again in the future!

Excellent Views

Overall nice place to stay. Amazing views of the Ocean and very peaceful. One of the very minor issues is that many of the Blinds are broken on the Windows but there is still a ton of privacy.

Wedding Week Rental

My wife and I stayed here in the days leading up to and after our wedding which was also on Folly Beach. We LOVED the house and especially the location right on the beach. We spent a lot of time on both decks and highly recommend staying here. We hope to come back soon!

Had a great time for our stay. The house was great! The deck needs a little work, but that did nothing to deter from our vacation. We would definitely come back again! Super house...a great time was had by all!

July beach week

The house is better than the pics can show! Perfect location on quiet residential section of beach yet short drive into town for food and fun. Everyone in our party of 6 was pleased and wanted to stay longer and possibly buy the place. The porch is excellent place to watch the night sky.

Great eacape destination

We visited Charleston in Oct to view the super moon rise over the ocean. The close proximity to the water afforded us splended unobstructed views of not only the moon rise, but also the sun rise

Perfect spot for a family!

We enjoyed how private the beach felt! Barely anybody else out there; the beach access was great! Beds were comfortable, kitchen and gathering area was nice and big, and not too far from restaurants and fun! (While being far enough from the noise and hubbub) Management was very responsive. (Bath tub jets didn’t work, but was not listed as an amenity.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this home for a number of years and overall have been very pleased.
