  • Welkom bij # 2 Turtle Bay op het prachtige Folly Beach! Dit stadshuis zal nog jarenlang een familiebestemming zijn. Neem een duik in het gemeenschappelijk zwembad en vis uit het dok. Turtle Bay # 2 heeft beachy inrichting en meubilair, evenals alle voorzieningen die u zou verwachten in een high-end stadshuis. Op loopafstand van het centrum van Center Street en alles wat Folly te bieden heeft - restaurants, winkels, livemuziek, 2e langste vissteiger aan de oostkust en meer!

    Bij binnenkomst van het pand ziet u de prachtige hardhouten vloeren op de eerste verdieping van het stadshuis. De eerste verdieping beschikt over een open plattegrond met woonkamer, keuken en een van de slaapkamers. Keuken is voorzien van granieten aanrecht en alle keuken gadgets, zelfs de meest veeleisende chef-kok zou verwachten. De woonkamer is voorzien van een flatscreen-tv en veel zitplaatsen voor een familiefilmavond. Stap vanuit de woonkamer door de schuifdeuren, rechtdoor naar de beschutte veranda, perfect voor koffie in de ochtend en een ontspannende cocktail na een lange dag in de zon. Slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping is voorzien van een queensize bed. Vol bad met combo douche / bad gelegen tussen de slaapkamer en de keuken.

    Op de bovenverdieping bevinden zich de overige twee slaapkamers. De grote slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv met kabelzenders en een eigen balkon met toppen van de Folly River. De master-suite heeft een inloopdouche, een bubbelbad en een grote inloopkast en twee grote uitklapbare relaxstoelen. De laatste slaapkamer is perfect voor de kinderen en beschikt over 2 aparte bedden, een flatscreen-tv met dvd-speler en een aangrenzende badkamer met een bad / douchecombinatie.

    2 Turtle Bay biedt alle moderne gemakken die u zou verwachten, waaronder een wasmachine / droger, een vaatwasser, razendsnelle WiFi en een Comcast-kabel. Onroerend goed is strikt niet-roken en niet huisdiervriendelijk. Geen bijeenkomsten toegestaan die de maximale bezetting van het pand overschrijden. Neem contact met ons op als u nog vragen heeft. The property was of great quality and the surrounding area was peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the working garage, which provided ample space for loading and unloading the car even when the garage door was closed. The cleanliness and comfort of the property made it a pleasant stay, and we would definitely choose to stay again.

2Turtle Bay was a good property. The management was very responsive to an issue we had with the downstairs toilet not flushing properly when we arrived. You do need to keep the blinds and curtains drawn upstairs because there is only one hvac unit and it doesn’t quite keep the upstairs cold enough. The kitchen is well stocked. Bring your own beach chairs if you don’t want to use bag chairs. We ended up buying chairs. Rent a golf cart.

Family beach weekend

We had a wonderful stay at Turtle Bay. A few blocks from Center Street and the beach, this property is perfect to enjoy the waters on the marsh side and still be close to everything that Folly has to offer, without having to use the car.

Great condo. Loved how close it was to folly beach Main Street. Definitely walkable even with small kids. Condo was in great shape, has everything you need. Slightly outdated with wear and tear but besides that it was absolutely perfect and would very quickly stay here again.

First time to Folly Beach

My girlfriend and I needed a weekend away and wanted to check out Charleston, SC. Folly beach popped up and we jumped at it. Girls weekend, no spouses, children, pets… this property was perfect! The pool was great, short drive to the beach, the restaurants/bars, did not disappoint. It’s not too far from the city, we went on a ghost/historical tour and the shopping was amazing. Contacting our host was extremely easy, and helpful. We will definitely return sometime in the future!

Could Have Been Better

This place is not good for those with mobility issues. Tons of steps to manage. We arrived Sunday evening and were met with roaches. We immediately called the contact number provided and were told they would take the message but the office didn’t open until Monday morning. We repacked our things and went and stayed in a hotel. The next morning after speaking with Greg the manager, he met us at the property along with the pest service. They sprayed but as we were leaving this morning (following Saturday) we saw more and killed them.We also had to have housekeeping come back out because there was pet hair on the furniture, although no pets are allowed and the upstairs bathroom drain was full of hair. Yuck!! The kitchen counter had leftover coffee stains from previous visits and wasn’t removed even after I sent pictures.We couldn’t control the temperature inside. I slept in the downstairs bedroom in my jacket, nightgown, leggings and socks, all the while covered by sheets, blankets, and towels. The whole place needs a good going over for maintenance and cleaning. The sliding door doesn’t lock although they brought us a dowel to use, the second bedroom upstairs door doesn’t lock, kitchen counter still dirty, etc.The amenities lists a water view but our view was of the junk in the next yard over and a parking lot. Greg was helpful and did his best but managing several locations is more than one person can do.

Folly Beach

we enjoyed the vibe at Folly Beach the rental itself was nice. When we were there a lot of activity/noise from the house/ businesses behind the rental. Good idea to rent golf cart so quicker access to beach, restaurants. Enjoyed access to the small pool and saw beautiful sunsets on pier.

Lots of space, nicely decorated and easy walk to the beach!

Really enjoyed the property. The unit is very spacious for 5 adults and complex was very quiet. The pool is very small but the pier was a great place to chill early in the morning with a good book and cup of coffee. Biggest benefit of the stay was it is a short walk to the beach so no need to fight for a parking space.

Comfortable, cute and clean

We were so pleased with our stay! The unit was just as described. The beds were wonderfully comfortable which is always a plus. Cute decor, all the amenities we needed and a great location. We certainly would stay here again next time we are in the area!

GREAT LOCATION

Great location, 5 minutes walk to Folly Beach bars and restaurants. Very easy drive into downtown Charleston. Well stocked kitchen including salt and pepper, spices etc. Also plenty of beach equipment in garage. Looks exactly as photos - master bedroom is beautiful!

The property is clean and well stocked. There is plenty of room for a family or several couples. It is close to folly beach and many restaurants. The property management company is attentive and prompt. They are very polite and helpful.
