• The home is two levels, with stairs required to access the upstairs bedrooms
• Smart keypad entry with your personalized code will be sent on the day of arrival, and will be the last four digits of the booker's phone number. Codes activate at check-in time and expire at check-out time
• The outdoor spaces are professionally serviced twice a week and may be serviced during your stay
• Starter supplies are provided to help you settle in comfortably (toiletries, paper products, and cleaning essentials)
• Please, no parties or unauthorized events. I strive to maintain a peaceful, respectful environment for my neighbors
• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, in accordance with island-wide ordinances
