'This was are second time we stayed here. We stayed because our first stay the room was clean and had no problems with housekeeping. But this time around the room was clean, but the bathroom had a big roach. Then I saw another thing one one the sink. The shower looked kinda clean. The complementary hair and body soap were dirty. Didn't cross my mind to use anyway. I believe we would not stay again.'

Away from hotel on a dirt road not well lit at night. When you are traveling alone that can be frightening. Stayed on the third floor, no working elevator n the last day with lots of luggage to bring down several flights of stairs with no help from staff. Very disappointing. Will not be back here, ever. '

'We enjoyed our experience for the most part. Front desk Staff were friendly and helpful. However, we had a leak coming from the ceiling in our bathroom. We called maintenance and a gentleman who didn’t speak English at all came up to the room. He pulled the light fixture down and there was water all in there. He Google translated and told us he was going to check upstairs. He NEVER came back and no one from the front desk called to let us know what was going on. We saw him in the hall later and...

'We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.'
