'The house is old, but well kept and very spacious. It is situated at the base of the hill with two churches, quite close to the city centre, with lots of cafes. Two groceries are within a walk distance as well. The house has very nice garden, full of trees. There is grill in the garden. Arta is a town about 15km far from the nearest beach with good accessibility to all the island, espacially if you have a car. We were nine on our holiday and the house fitted our needs perfectly.'

'Pros: Lovely host, very easy and friendly to communicate with. The cats and dogs present at the location. The location itself is fantastic. Close to Artá (which had everything you could need), fresh fruits and eggs, ... Cons: We had bad luck with the weather, which meant the pool wasn't an option. But that's not anything the owners can decide.'

'Pros: Very quiet, no other guests visible. Groceries quite near (of course you need a car). We stayed in December, so we didn't use the pool, but we could. Some things in the fridge, so we were able to come down and have a coffee, before we really had to buy something. Large shower, good TV. The road at the house is a real adventure, come with a small car!'

'Me and my family of 8 stayed in the house for 4 nights. All in all it was a great stay. The location is great in a cute, calm little village with some nice restaurants, super easy parking and great proximity to a lot of wonderful beaches and fun activities like snorkling, horse riding, boat trips and caves. The outdoor area of the house is everything you can ask for, even an outdoor shower which I really like. The indoors is a bit worn down, but still pleasant. There's one aircon per floor, so...
