'The stay at the property started out on a bad note. The staff person at the check in counter was both rude and uninviting. No smile, no Hello welcome. If I was the manager of the property, I would have fired him on the spot.'

'Nice comfortable suites in a quite environment though pefectly located. Suites have everything you need. Nice helpfull staff. '

'Muy buen hotel, cómodo, céntrico, buen estacionamiento. Tengo muchos años llegando al mismo hotel. Siempre muy cuidado, me han tocado sus renovaciones. Y esta vez, me toco remodelado, quedo muy padre, muy amplios los cuartos, limpio. Buena atención del personal.'

'Nice room, we had a three night stay, in a two room suite, quite. Be aware in this suite bedroom, AC is literally inches from right had side of bed so if on, it blows right on bed. Breakfast included with stay, just wish these people would cook eggs instead of serving egg mush.'

'Het hotel is perfect alleen de ligging is iets minder prettig. De wijk waar het hotel aan grenst heeft een slechte naam en dat zie je terug. Er stonden duidelijk mensen te handelen in het een of ander im de bushalte voor het hotel. Het hotel zelf heeft camera's en beveiliging dus ik voelde me absoluut niet onveilig. Echter is het wel jammer.'

'Parking was available across the road, the room was elegantly designed and the whiskeys at the attached bar, top notch. '

'Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. '

'Geweldig mooie kamers, heerlijk ruim, mooie keuken, ruime badkamer. Uitstekende service van de vriendelijke medewerkers! '

'The spacious room, southwestern decor, fireplace. It was not the cleanest. There was a draft from all the windows and door. The shower didn’t work to well and there was the occasional sewer smell. We were put at the end next to the parking lot so we didn’t had the beautiful cactus/ patio views that some had and there was a lot off foot traffic of people with dogs. '

'The Hampton is right in downtown near LOTS of attractions (like the Presidio, Gem and Mineral Museum, Art Museum—as well lots of restaurants and stores. It’s a short walk from Amtrak too if you’re traveling by train. It’s a nice breakfast too! There’s a lovely outdoor pool too!'
