'The stay at the property started out on a bad note. The staff person at the check in counter was both rude and uninviting. No smile, no Hello welcome. If I was the manager of the property, I would have fired him on the spot.'

'The entry is beautiful. The check in clerk was very kind and smiling. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the jetted tub we got in our room!! The breakfast has several options and the staff there was very kind. The hotel is host to some kind of school so every time I would try to put in the address it would show the school and that was confusing. If I were Holiday Inn I wouldn’t want the school to take precedence over the hotel.'

'Location is good it’s near to the eateries. The hotel breakfast was okay. I suggest breakfast should have turkey or chicken sausages too not all the time pork sausages.'

'Good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool area with very nice hot tub. Nice breakfast buffet with pretty good variety. Our bathroom was very small. Room shows a few signs of wear, it's very nicely decorated though.'

'I stayed here for a short trip and overall it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. The sheets were clean, but the room itself could have been cleaner.I did find leftover food in one corner. The bathroom was usable but clearly in need of renovation, with visible wear. The exterior of the property could use some attention as well. It felt a bit barren and would benefit from landscaping or general upkeep. Some areas around the rooms appeared cluttered, which...

'Hotel is verouderd en ziet er slecht verzorgd uit. Ontbijt is slecht. '

'Het hotel is perfect alleen de ligging is iets minder prettig. De wijk waar het hotel aan grenst heeft een slechte naam en dat zie je terug. Er stonden duidelijk mensen te handelen in het een of ander im de bushalte voor het hotel. Het hotel zelf heeft camera's en beveiliging dus ik voelde me absoluut niet onveilig. Echter is het wel jammer.'

'Room was clean, bed was comfortable and we slept well. Complimentary breakfast is ok. Coffee, packaged muffins, apples and banana and some yogurt. If you are expecting more, you need to go get your own breakfast. Grounds are in need of some serious landscaping and deferred maintenance , but over all, for the price and location, we would stay again for a quick visit to our student at U of A.'

'The annemities were not available for two days of the stay. The front desk staff was argumentative. I felt horrible and not refreshed leaving the hotel.'
