'2 adults, one washcloth, one towel, no trashcan in room, bugs everywhere on the floor (dead). No bugs in or on mattress (thank God), we arrived close to midnight, complained the next morning and front desk assistant promptly let us know we could have came to the front office to get a trash can and towels....it was a very long walk to the office, we were tired so we just chalked it up to realizing he didn't care.'

'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good.'

'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I...

'Rooms are very clean; shower and bathroom were very clean also. Breakfast is what you need to start your day and the women working breakfast was very pleasant keep the food and coffee supplied. all the staff were very pleasant and helpful if in the area again this I will stay here. Parking not to bad garage is across the street but the street is not a busy one. Parking Garage drawback is spaces are very tight for large SUV or Pickup truck.'
