'I checked in and was given my key and no other information. I get in the room and the large window that overlooks the ocean was covered in bird droppings.

'Simple, quiet, great location at the Southern End of the island. Plenty of parking which is a luxury at Wrightsville Beach. Great beach just steps from your condo and every unit has a balcony or patio with a view of the ocean. Surf Suites is exactly what I wanted.'

'We were really disappointed with our stay. The staff came across as unhappy and bothered whenever we had questions. Check-in was delayed by over an hour because of “issues,” but multiple employees mentioned they always seem to have issues, which wasn’t very reassuring. We also counted at least six other groups in front of us who were still waiting for their rooms and were told they’d be waiting for hours as well, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated situation.
