'The hotel is fairly new. Room and common areas are very clean. Staff and especially housekeeping were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good with a standard continental option, along with making your own waffles. Air/Heat were to be expected as a wall unit but in good condition and worked just fine.'

'IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. '

'Smelled of cigarettes. I found a cigarette butt under my bed. The floor was yucky. There was no waste basket. Electric outlets did not work properly. The cooling unit did not work properly. The bathtub was clean and I did enjoy a bath.'

'Repair work is need in the room that I stayed in, the toilet seat was loose and needs to be replaced. The body wash soap contain was completely empty. Hair was in the tub and the floor under the night stand was dirty. '

'"Mountain view" means able to see the mountains from the porch, not directly from the window unfortunately. Still a great view. This place is great for the price. If youre the type that needs a bed and a shower and thats it, stay here. Its clean enough, nothing fancy. Comfy bed, tv with lots of channels. The restaurant is good too! Chipotle chicken sandwich is delicious, would eat there even if i wasnt already staying. Super convenient spot, no freeway noise either. Not many rooms so few...

'The Desk staff was most accommodating and welcoming. The site is well maintained and clean. Five pillows on the King bed was nice. Breakfast was typical but did have sausage and beacon on different days. Walking distance to a couple of fast food establishments and very close to grocery shopping. Quick, easy access to the freeway. I felt comfortable with the parking.'

'The room was nice but only had a space heater so it was pretty cold with snow still on thr ground...had a wall unit for a/c took about 15 20 mins for hot water in the shower an the floor was all tile so twice as cold ... had to buy some towels an a blanket . would i stay there again probably not , had some people fighting at like 1 am so that woke me up too, parking lot pretty small an no assigned parking had to park pretty far away from my room couldn't keep an eye on my car but it was alright '
