The accommodation is located on the second floor with elevator of a quiet building on the central Via della Conca, with a reserved parking space. The house has just been renovated creating modern and welcoming spaces; there is no living room but we have a large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, dining table and TV. Wardrobes are located in the corridor to leave more space in the bedrooms. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, including 2 triple bedrooms and a double bedroom. The house has two bathrooms with shower. The apartment has large windows that make the rooms bright and airy and two large balconies, one of which is on the kitchen side equipped with a table and benches. Equipped with all comforts and practical for those who do not have a car and want to easily move around the surrounding areas on foot or by bus due to the presence of the stop a few meters away. A reserved parking space in a private area. The apartment has an excellent fiber optic Wi-Fi connection.
Just 700 meters away on foot is the train station from which you can reach Rome and Naples in just over an hour. At 600 meters there is the embarkation for ferries to the Pontine Islands. At 2 km we find the renowned Vindicio beach for surf lovers, at 7 km we have Gaeta, at 18 km there is Sperlonga, to enjoy the magnificent white sand beaches in addition to the magnificent monuments, the youth clubs and equally fine restaurants.
