'The view of the beach, ocean and pool, from our room, was wonderful! Check in is simple. Breakfast options are basic, however, appreciated; waffles, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, prepackaged pastry. Coffee machine has several great options! The hotel and rooms are clean. Having a refrigerator and 2 burner cook-top is great. Grocery store and restaurants are close by. 'We wanted an affordable place to stay a few days on the beach with our kids before going to Disney and this place was perfect!! We don’t need all the frills, we just want a clean place to sleep. It was affordable and clean. The beds were comfortable. AC worked well. It is an older building, but the rooms were spacious enough and we loved having a full refrigerator and small kitchen so we were able to pick up sandwich supplies and other lunch options for the room, it had a large walkin tiled...

'Place was decent. Was clean, but the unit is worn a bit. Has a strong damp musty smell. Can tell they have a moisture issue. Closets could be cleaned and organized a bit. Ground level unit, could use some type of light curtain on the sliding doors as people on the pool can look right in. So you either have to deal with that or close the heavy curtain and block out the sunlight. Friendly check in and friendly hosts though.'

'The parking is terrible but there are some positives. Staff is layed back and friendly. They do not bother you. The rooms are like efficiencies fully equipped with silverware, pots, pans, plates. Great if you need to stay a few days and want privacy. It is busy though cause it's a beach entrance for people. If you get the room on the end the oceanfront room it's pretty nice. The view is somewhat blocked but when you lay back on the bed you can watch the sunrise and it's still beautiful. Life is...

'dresser broken, room not very clean, dropped key behind desk, moved desk to retrieve key card and do not think it has been thoroughly cleaned in years. only 2 small elevators for 10 floors of people, only enough parking for 1/2-3/4 of the guests staying at hotel, so don’t drive to dinner or you will not have a spot and have to run through the pouring rain across a busy road with kids in the middle of Daytona. nice view, decent breakfast(great for kids), nice pool (also great for kids.) good...
