' To make matters worse I accidentally left an expensive pair of sunglasses in the bathroom. I am absolutely certain of where I left them. By the time I realized and contacted the hotel right after my Uber had already left I was told nothing had been found. That response is extremely concerning and disappointing. Overall this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Between the lack of cleanliness and the handling of my lost item I will be escalating this issue to corporate.'

'We happen to have a room that you could see the ocean and the rooms are very spacious with a microwave a fridge a little two top oven, which we wouldn’t use but the fridge in the microwave are very handy. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I really enjoy it. Good location and a nice spot.'

'We loved Sand Castle, we were greeted by friendly staff who let us check in early so we could enjoy the pool. The motel was a little older but rooms were clean and comfortable, beautiful location, great pool and beachfront. Easy free parking for guests and lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. It was a great few days and we would definitely stay again. Thank you. 😊 '

'Building was under renovations, closet door was fallen and you could see all the cleaning supplies. We paid for ocean front except the windows were completely covered by blue plastic. We checked in and checked out within 15 minutes but we were fully refunded since we were not notified about the construction. '

'The breakfast was the best part. Sower did not have any water pressure, and the shower drain was plugged up. was charged $15 a day for parking per room for 3 days. we had 2 rooms and only 1 car was charged $90. Explained that to them we only had 1 car we got ripped off. No access to beach. Hot tub was not in service.'
